For 25 years, I implemented healthcare technology systems in practices across the country. I led major implementations, solved complex problems, and by every external measure, I was successful.
But I felt constantly overlooked. Unseen. That feeling of invisibility burned me out completely and forced me to leave.
After leaving corporate tech, I became a life coach and certified trainer. I thought the answer was getting as far from technology as possible.
But here's what I discovered:
I didn't love coaching. I loved technology.
The problem wasn't my skills. The problem was feeling invisible.
That's when I realized I could combine my 25 years of tech expertise with my coach training to teach women who were experiencing the exact invisibility I had felt how to make themselves visible online.
